
[Suggestion]: Base cloud generation off of downfall

Description of feature request
I would suggest using a location’s downfall stat to seed cloud generation. This would help ensure that places like deserts get less rain than somewhere like rainforests, and would be a realistic way to give different biomes different skylines without adding in too much work. It would also help give the mod more compatibility with season mods without having to enable precipitation outright, since them increasing/decreasing the downfall stat would add more clouds naturally
I have also thought of doing this, however scale would be tricky since the clouds are huge (20k blocks in diameter approximately) and biomes are typically only around 1k - several hundred. This would result in a bit of patchy sky where certain clouds would generate in what looks like super small regions where biomes are, compared to the overall span where clouds generate. I’d have to figure out a way to make this play well but I do agree with the idea.
