Describe the Bug

When in a world in 1.20.1 with both (and only) vivecraft and simple clouds, the clouds break. I do not know the correct technical terms but they move with along the y axis (basing this on y being up and down in minecraft) when moving one's head and are basically nonfunctional. The issue has been fixed or works without issue on the 1.21 version of simple clouds, unsure if that's just something with neoforge or vivecraft for that version or what exactly changed or got fixed. The game itself runs completely fine without any issues functionally, the rain part of the mod still works, game launches and plays fine, just the clouds are all visually broken.

Another issue is if screen space fog is turned on, it has a weird effect on all menus in vivecraft where they have an almost z-fighting like black flashing texture.

Steps to Reproduce

Launch a modded instance of forge 1.20.1 with vivecraft and simple clouds
Create or load into a world
Bug is visible or at least to me

Crash Reports/Logs

Next time I play in VR I will grab the logs, my latest session wasn't in VR and I don't think there would be anything in the logs but I will submit logs when I play it in VR again.

Next time I play in VR I will try to get some screenshots since I turned screen mirroring off for performance. Screenshots obviously would help to have to better explain, I just forgot to before coming here.
