[Bug]: Custom Entities appear as a Withered Symbiont when in Replay Mode (Replay Mod and Sinytra Connector)

Describe the Bug
After summoning a custom entity (The big blue box in this case) It appears normal while ingame. Whenever I enter a replay however, it appears as a Withered Symbiont with its' head facing up. The entity in question was added using a custom mod I made.
Steps to Reproduce
- Install same pack files
- Summon custom entity
- Open replay file
- See error
