Describe the Bug

It appears that in a simple void mod the rain just never happens. I whitelisted the dimension so clouds do work, however, rain hasn't happened once.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Simple void.
2. Wait rain.

It might be that the biome(s) in that dimension do not allow rain, like the desert in the overworld.

I'm quite sure rain is a thing in that biome... weird.

I would try if rain happens without simple clouds installed in that dimension. If it does happen then let me know and I'll reopen this and take a look

It does appear that the void dimension has no rain at all. So false alarm.
