Description of feature request

This suggestion exists as to propose severe thunderstorms and power flashes to the upcoming severe weather addon. I will explain in detail what I mean with these two suggestions:

Severe Thunderstorms: These could be a pre-requisite to before tornado forms but wont guarantee a tornado. These could be distinguished from regular storms by being much more darker or playing high wind noises or by having frequent cloud-to-ground lighting within the storm. These storms would ideally serve as a sort of "warning" of sense before a tornado forms without it being a guarantee that one will form. Of course if need be these storms could be able to damage outside structures (or wires if a player has a mod like Immersive Engineering) whilst not being as destructive as a tornado.

Hail is a smaller suggestion that could accompany these storms but generally speaking they would look and act a lot more meaner than your usual storm.

Power Flashes: This would act as a sort of integration feature with mods like Mekanism or Immersive Engineering which introduce electrical machinery. When a tornado or particularly bad severe thunderstorm hits these objects and the integration is active they could display a bright flash of electricity varying in different shades of white or purple. This would ideally serve to make storms a bit more immersive and make them more meaner as well. This can either happen with or without the actual structure being damaged, I feel like simply having it show the effect occasionally when in these storms would be a neat small touch.

Of course all these suggestions are optional and are primarily for atmospheric feel and immersion. This is up for interpretation and may be changed to ones will or content if the suggested ideas here may not completely fit this mods goals.
