Description of feature request

Overcast.
Self explanatory, but still a nice addition to make big cloud "carpets" that stretch over 5000's of blocks. (as demonstrated on real life image)

Stratus clouds exist in the mod to kind of replicate this, but having one without rain could be cool

Shameless plug but one of my cloud types in my datapack is overcast :trollws:

I think if this were to be added, the current stratus clouds should be renamed to nimbostratus clouds since that's what they resemble more. IRL stratus clouds only produce drizzle at most. That would mean that the current nimbostratus clouds (which seem to really be a variant of cumulonimbus clouds since those only produce lightning) should be classified as such.
