[Bug]: Graphical Issue, Split black sky. [AMD-related issue]

Describe the Bug
No matter if the mod is isolated nor wiped clean, when joining a world, the world appears split in half from the origin point, one half being purely dark and the other being dimly lit, so far, only has happened with AMD users
Steps to Reproduce
- Launch the game normally
- Join a world
- That's all that prompts this error

Very strange. Mod loader/MC version might have some effect? Very strange, will have to look further into it

Seems just like AMD doesn't like this for some reason.
I tried neo forge instead of just forge and it works with a 6900xt so i reckon it will work for you

I have a amd 7900 xtx and tried neoforge 1.21.1 and it worked. it differs between each amd card somehow.
