Description of feature request

During the winter season snow does not build up on the ground but the weather does change from rain to snow when switching seasons.

I will also post this on the Serene Seasons github since it relates to it aswell.

Actually snow doesn't seem to build up at all in winter biomes even without the mod

I think general support for serene seasons would be good. You don’t really see cumulonimbus or lightning during winter, so having general support for that would be great

Came here to talk about this too but realized there was already one topic about it. I'd really love to have Serene Seasons compat! Right now there is no snow on the ground when it's snowing :(
