Description of feature request

So yea, realistically seen... clouds move with the wind, and the wind doesnt just go in 1 direction, So make the clouds go slightly different directions like -5 to +5 degrees from the current direction /by position

Sorry for the the suggestion without much context but i got some homework to do still
