Description of feature request

If the wither ends up having the ring of blocks around him clouds should form a vortex of some sort of like a hurricane and should slowly become larger to look like a hurricane with constant thundering and darkness around the area of the wither which it’s eyes (lights) should be visible.

This would be fun!
