Describe the Bug

So, The bug starts when i load up a world and theres a gray spot under the screen but hotbar is still visable, and the sky is black not blue.

Steps to Reproduce

I dont know how this happened, its graphics settings

So it turns out by going to zhe Client config setting\Debug\render clouds and turning it off doesnt show the glitch anymore.

But i dont like that because I want to see the clouds. I hope Crackers realeses a hotfix soon.
