Description of feature request

ColdSweat temperature and weather compat:
Rainy cloudy weather should decrease the ambient temperature and the custom weather system should be able to make you wet when it rains/snows.

ColdSweat is a mod that adds a temperature system based on the biome temperature numbers and has compat with serene seasons. It also has some interactions with weather.

Since this mod disables vanilla weather and replaces it with a custom weather system you can no longer get wet in rain or snow and the temperature is not modified when weather changes.
