Description of feature request

Currently when using both Simple Clouds and TerraFirmaCraft, snow does not accumulate unless Simple Clouds cloud type is ambient. Compatibility between tfc's climate/season/rainfall mechanics would be appreciated!

Wanted to add that this may also be fixed by #40
