Describe the Bug

The rain hitting ground particle effect is in the wrong spot

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to any world while you have simple clouds installed
  2. Set cloud angle
  3. go to side of tall structure opposite to where the rain is coming from
  4. rain hitting ground particles in vanilla spot(as if the rain was coming straight down from the sky) as opposed to where rain particles are hitting
