[Bug]: (Dedicated Server) after 2 weeks of running the cloud stop moving

Describe the Bug
This happen about 2 times now and notice that the cloud movement stops after the server been running (with daily restarts) and it feel like after a week of running that is when the cloud stops. There is a work around by using "/simpleclouds clouds speed" command and changing the speed to be faster. The first time I changed it from 1 to 1.05. and just now I had to change it from 1.05 to 1.35.
Steps to Reproduce
- Have a dedicated server (best way)
- wait for a week or 2.
- you should notice that the clouds is not moving.
Crash Reports/Logs
I looked at the logs and it say nothing aboutclouds only when server loading. and this happen mid run of the server
