Description of feature request

I discovered that this mod uses vanilla Rain and Snow and cannot be culled or turned off by mods like Particle Core or Embeddium
At the same time, a large number of particle effects will cause serious lagging and performance loss, which is very annoying for mid-range or low-end computer users...
So I want to know whether subsequent versions will update the precise control of rain and snow or add new control items in the config.
In addition, it would be better if it could be linked with Biome Particle Weather and Serene Seasons.
Because it has fewer animations and can be controlled by Particle Core and Embeddium
