[Bug]: 1.21.3 - Missing Icons when only one item type in the shulker

Describe the Bug
In the latest version if I have shulker with only one item type i.e. my fireworks shulker has only one type of fireworks then no icon appears.
Steps to Reproduce
Put 1 item type in a shulker and then stick it in your ender chest and you won't see an icon.
Stick a variety of items in and you will get the item.
Expected Behavior
Expected to see multiple icons.

Actually I think I've got the report wrong, this is actually failing on shulkers that I've renamed not single items. So for example the red box in my ender chest has been renamed "redstone shulker".
