From time to time graves do not generate because there's no place for them, for instance when a player suffocates in a nether portal.
For cases like that, it would be very helpful to be able to restore a player's inventory.

I imagine it could work by Simple Tomb saving snapshot .dat files of the player's inventory at the time of death, and then being able to overwrite the player's current inventory with the snapshot using a command like /simple_tomb latest or /simple_tomb timestamp

Items enchanted with Soulbound from Ensorcellation should however not be returned/saved in the snapshot.

Any update on this? :) We've run into a bug where it would've really come in handy.

No time pressure from our side, we're moving to another grave mod :)

discord reminded me of this, Im checking this out now. i have it so before placing the grave it has the items NBT, i need to figure out how to save it
