I'd like the UI to be scrollable. A UI element should also be added as an option for those who do not wish to scroll their mouse. Think of it as just a vertical scrollbar

I'd like to separate the "nodes" from the Scrollbar, here's an in-depth comment about why I'd like to do so (and my thinking around it).
