Brief Summary:
An button to give the player a random skin

Usage:

1. User clicks button
2. A random username/UUID/URL? is drawn from a list
3. That skin is applied to the player
4. Profit

Justification:
A mildly popular use-requested feature - it would not be difficult to implement since the API and backend functionality have already been made.

Steps:

• Create list of usernames/UUID/URLs for skins (probably URLs)
• Create button and hookup grabber
