Brief Summary:
A UI to select a skin from a player in your current world, this will include NPCs

Usage:

1. Press button to go to users in world
2. Select player head to choose their skin
3. Click confirm and the skin is applied

Justification:
Some users like the NPC skins which are not actually valid player skins, this design would be a lot more intuitive and visually-driven

Steps:

• Write a list renderer for online players
• Design new UI compatible with renderer (see the tablist renderer)
• Add this option to the main UI
