For some reason the leaves in your inventory will be invisible if you were to select them in creative or use shears/silk touch.

Could you attach a screenshot, and let me know what other mods you're using.

It's actually an incompatibility with Bedrockify I believe. Though I did notice that the leaves when held in your hand have a darkened texture regardless.
