Cannot shift click to cycle backwards in the Sodium video settings menu

Expected Behavior
When you shift click on a setting (e.g. clouds) it would cycle backwards like vanilla lets you do.
Actual Behavior
It just cycles forwards; holding shift does nothing.
Reproduction Steps
- Shift click the clouds setting
