Expected Behavior
smooth continuous uninterrupted general movement.
Actual Behavior
slightly notable slowing down and speeding up when walking(happens in all movement keys). easy to miss but is easy to tell if you turn off view bobbing and look down.
Reproduction Steps
walk or run in any direction it is easier to see if you are walking though

Additional information
Found it was just this mod causing this problem, aka removed all mods except this one.
do have a different variant on fabric called Quilt but after testing showed that its also on basic 1.19 fabric.
unsure why in gods good name I'm slowing down and speeding backup when I'm using a performance mod.
