Integrate https://github.com/FlashyReese/reeses-sodium-options into Sodium itself for prettier options screen and to fix #2008 in a more elaborate way.

however no concrete time was planned, hence there hasn't been a PR yet (to prevent spending time and having to rebase later).

Therefore I made this tracking issue for you to decide when this PR should be started.

My comment on the Discord server was made prior to the discussion with Reese about it. I would still like to incorporate the features/design enhancements, but the original author doesn't think the changes are in a mergable state (hence why it wasn't merged years ago), and we also don't want to tact on more tech debt to the GUI code.

At some point, all of that code needs to be reworked to use an actual layout system, since it's rather garbage currently. I don't know when that will happen and there isn't a time table.
