Cycling options do not make a clicking noise when activated with the keyboard

When activating a cycling option in the Sodium video options screen, the UI click sound does not play. This behavior differs from buttons and checkboxes within the Sodium video options screen as well as cycling options outside of the Sodium video options screen.
This issue can be reproduced with Minecraft 1.20.4 and the build of the latest commit as of this issue: 82f4af6.
