You can't change the GUI scale by holding ctrl and scrolling.

1.20 Mojang added a feature you could hold ctrl and scroll to change video settings and you can't do the same in sodium after almost 2 years.

Load into any Minecraft version above 1.20
Go into the Video Settings page
Hold ctrl and Scroll and it wont change the GUI scale unlike Vanilla

This is already implemented in #2837, so just wait for it to be merged. If I'm not mistaken, this PR is scheduled for Sodium 0.7.0

I didn't know this functionality was added in Minecraft 1.20. Interesting.
