Request Description

The developer of Enhanced Block Entities, a crucial performance mod, has not been active in a while and shows no interest in maintaining and updating their mod.

I implore the Sodium team to reach out and request to integrate EBE into Sodium or at least develop their own solution to the problem that mod addresses.

The infammatory is issue, blaming mod developer in having life.

I'm entirely unclear on why this issue is generating so much attention, but the original post as written isn't inflammatory or accusing anyone of anything.

EBE 1.21.5 is being worked on intermittently but Mojang decided to change nearly everything about how block models work, so the 1.21.5 version will almost certainly not be done before 1.21.6 releases.

Per the author, they are still working on maintaining and updating their mod.
