BruteForceRenderingCulling seems to be unmaintained and incompatible with sodium. You can try just it and sodium, but I wouldn't try to put too much effort into getting it to work. Any bugs with it aren't getting fixed and it's unclear whether and what sodium would be doing wrong in this regard.

You have very many mods installed, we can't diagnose the crash like this. Please reproduce the issue with only sodium installed and no other mods. If it doesn't happen anymore then, please determine the minimal set of mods that reproduce the crash.
