Incorrect normal orientation on rotated blocks (Iris)

Bug Description
Since 0.7.0 (paired with Iris 1.9.2 or later), a bug is present causing incorrect normal orientation on log blocks. Shown here are screenshots of the Bliss shaderpack, with and without normal debug view enabled:
Correct behaviour (or what looks like it) is exhibited in Sodium version 0.6.13 paired with Iris 1.9.1:

Reproduction Steps
- In an instance with a 0.7.x version of Sodium and a compatible version of Iris, enable the provided resourcepack and a shaderpack supporting normal maps
- Observe incorrect behaviour
