Sodium causes my game to basically destroy itself

I just accidently deleted this and now I have to write it again :(

Speed up my game
Actual Behavior
Texture madness? Not really sure how to describe it.
Reproduction Steps
- Download & install Fabric
- Put latest version of Sodium in mods folder
- Run Minecraft
- Start OBS
- Run the Demo world from the Curseforge page
System Information
- Java Version: 1.16.5
- CPU: Intel i7-3770 @ 3.40 GHz
- GPU: Intel HD 4000

For some reason it appears correctly when in water.
Change Chunk Renderer to Oneshot (GL 3.0) under the Advanced tab in Video Settings
