Fix heart particles not continuously appearing when a mob is in love mode

Hearts are meant to always appear for the duration in which a mob has been fed and is ready to breed. Due to a bug, these particles do not appear. This probably counts as a graphical bug, and as Sodium intends to fix these I figured I'd report it here.
