Steal the souls of different entities like Creepers and Villagers and use those souls to make Special Equipment like Bomb Vests and also the Spawn eggs of that entitie.
But if you steal the soul of something watch out for their soulless versions, these are stronger and will not despawn. You can only kill them with the Soul sword.
To steal the souls you need a Soul Gauntlet.
Is currently a very early version. Will make way more things than there is right now!
1.12.2 is the only version that'll work for now!
