No Correct Mineable Tool for Spell Binding Table

The spell binding table does not have a correct tool to mine with.
The "blocks" tag is plural instead of singular: https://github.com/ZsoltMolnarrr/SpellEngine/tree/1.21.1/src/main/resources/data/minecraft/tags/blocks
To add on to this, none of the RPG Series villager workstation blocks have a correct tool to mine with either
