Steve's Meteors adds in 25 types of procedurally generated meteors.
These meteors can be small or large, making 50 types of meteors total.
Meteors can be found in world generation, and can fall and crash near players during gameplay.
The mod is highly configurable, and users can create their own types of meteors in the sm_meteor_types.json file.
Info for custom meteor configuration:
In the steves_meteors_common.json config file, "max_meteor_types" can be from 0 to 25, and any meteor types that are above this number won't be used by the mod.
In the sm_meteor_types.json config file, every meteor type has three entries for it, each containing a block namespace.
You are able to balance how much of each type of block is to be placed in the common config, using these settings:
"meteoric_rock_to_other_ratio"
"stone_to_ore_ratio"
"ice_to_stone_ratio"
"rock_to_lava_ratio"
Simply change the block namespaces for each meteor type to use whatever block you want for your custom meteor, including blocks from other mods.
There is a maximum of 25 meteor types, whether customized or not, and less can be used with the "max_meteor_types" setting mentioned above.
