[1.19.2] Cosmere Tools and Armor uncraftable with no damage

Issue description
Firstly all the tools and armor are uncraftable, second the weapons don't have damage.
Steps to reproduce
- Download the cosmere, allomancy, and tools and armor mod.
- Check the recipes and try to craft them, you can't.

1.19.2 (Latest)
Forge version
43.4.0
Cosmere version
Cosmere-1.19.2-43.1.3-0.5.94.jar
Other relevant versions
Possibly related to allomancy, feruchemy, hemalurgy, and the cosmere alloys addon as well as all their versions, though it's doubtful.
