[Allomancy] Pewter delayed damage severity needs to be communicated to the player somehow

Currently there's no way to tell how much delayed damage you have queued. I would like a visual way to communicate this, rather than using debug text.

Perhaps using 'blood', where the more damaged you are, the more red is shown on the player.

I'm almost imaging a blood drop on the crosshairs or maybe right above the level counter, when you have no stored damage it doesn't show up, but when you have stored damage it shows up as a percentage of your health. If you have 100% or more of your health in stored damage, display the whole drop. Otherwise display a portion of it relative to the amount of health you have
