[suggestion]water qualities

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A clear and concise description of what the problem is. Ex. I'm always wanted to have these good old water qualities from enviromine mod these include
clean/normal water -> nothing
dirty water ->poisoning , hunger , minor hydration loss (a little can be still replanished)
salty water->doesn't really quench thirst , adds a dehydrating effect where you get dehydrated quickly and off course drinking salty water will make you lose more water than drinking just like in real life
cold water-> just makes you colder (with higher temperature change compared to others)
last
and last these effects would differentiate between biomes (ex ocean, beach,deep ocean having salty water , plains having clean water etc...)

A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered, and describe why you dismissed the alternative in favor of your proposed solution.
dirty and purified water (dirty makes you a little bit more thirstier while purified quench your thirst) concept taken from tough as nails which lacks sanity
I decided this concept because its more realistic
