Due to this being an issue already being incorectly posted on the wrong site. a link to this issue will be provided
I am still not convinced this is a bug from Techguns. As I have shown Techguns alone does not cause problems with Draconic Evolution particles. So there is something else involved. I do not have the time to debug your modpack.
If you can name me a mod that causes a problem with techguns together I can test this and maybe fix it.

I checked again and can't replicate your problems, also there are no particles under the world (at 0,0,0) spot.
Which version of techguns are you using?

it apears that this random entity will only ocur when a certen mods are present
also It apears that the partiles go into a grey texture when a Projectle hits a block
have you used that modpack G
it cotains the low # of mods that are present when the Partile error ocurrs
for the Anomaly at 0,0,0 more researtch will need to be done to determen what mod is posaably spawning that thing constently witout a command

just unzip this folder and use the lattest version of forge (14.23.5.2815) (1.12.2)
The particles at 0,0,0 are techguns particles and such a bug has existed in 1.7.10. But I could not reproduce it.

(please Note that in order for this pack to run you will need to have more that 10 GB of RAM allowcated Otherwise it will crash on Startup Due to insuficant amounts of RAM allowcated)
plese also note that it will take aproxametly 7 to 10 muinites max for the game to get to the main menu

it is the only known source of mods where the the error that was present in 1.7,10 was present in the 1.12.2 version
I could replicate the problem and also it is fixed now in local dev version.
Also the Techguns version you use is outdated. (but updating won't fix your problem yet)
When projectiles hit blocks they create a particle effect. But I can't reproduce the errors.

i found the problem!
It aprears when i add in Albedo To the game The problem is no longer present
Strange... yet intresting
this mod when added must fix the bug when the particle effects from the guns are trying to be pulled
now with that addon present The game is working with the colors now when fireing
maybe Albedo should be required for this bug is completely fixed when this mod is pressent @pWn3d1337
