Grenade launcher crashes client that shoots it

Basically, I shot the grenade launcher twice, and both times got the same crash.

I can provide any other info if you need

I cannot reproduce the problem, it works fine for me.

Very odd, it must be some kind of mod incompatibility then. I will check more and see. Maybe its optifine

Also maybe foamfix could cause the problem.

Well we do have that. I will see if it works without that tomorrow
