Unable to craft "The Infiltrator" from used M4s

Possibly related to #177

Steps to replicate:

Start a new multiplayer server with Techguns
Acquire an M4 carbine in survival. Ensure it has been fired and reloaded at least once
Place the materials for an Infiltrator with the M4 in the crafting grid. The output slot remains empty.

M4 needs to be full or Empty magazine.

Understood. However, the issue persists even after emptying an M4 magazine.
