in singleplayer the albedo flash effect for guns works fine, but when me and my friends connect to our multiplayer server with an identical modlist the albedo effects are gone for everything except rockets and pulse rifles.

this isn't gamebreaking or really that important, you can still see the particle effect just not the actual albedo lighting effect. if you ignore this issue I wouldn't blame you.
