Can't zoom in with any gun

I can't zoom in any gun i don't know why its for 1.12.2 i have dynamic POV on. The animation is there but it doesn't zoom in. Thanks!

zooming is a fov multiplier, If you have another mod that changes fov this can conflict.

I checked and put the mod alone in the mods folder and it still doesn't let me zoom.
