I made my first shot with my incendiary combat shotgun, then it suddenly quitted to title.
Exception details could be found in the log
latest.log

After I finish crafting the shotgun to a incendiary one, I found the ammo not full. I ignored that, and made a shot, then it quitted to the main menu.
