[Feature Request]: Teleportation 'immunity' right after teleporting.

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Sometimes when I use the tempad I accidentally spawn the portal exactly at where my home tp point is, and because my house isn't chunkloaded, when I try to go back, the portal which I opened hasn't despawned yet, which means it instantly sends me back, which means I have to go back manually or take detour through the nearest portal.
Solution(s)
Add a configurable frame of time where it is impossible to teleport through tempad portals.
