dimensions from mods don't use the mods translation of said dimension, so rather than "ATM mining dim" its "dimension.allthemodium.mining"

it effects every modded dimension

Then I guess you have to open an issue with the mods that dont add translations to their dimensions. This is not an issue on my end, this is an issue with those mod authors not adding translations to their dimensions
