When using Terrestria Reforged and its' dependents alongside other mods, like Generic Ecosphere, Biomes o' Plenty, and Biomes You'll Go, only the Terrestria and an occasional byg/generic ecosphere biome will appear. Is this a bug?

Note: I'm not using TerraForged or Biomes o' Plenty's world gen. I'm just plain, byg-controlled default world type.
