I can help. I add a table that will autocraft thaumcraft recipes. You set the output and plop in the ingredients in any order and boom, you got automation.

Disclaimer: This mod is not complete and not stable. This mod is not fast or performant. My modding knowledge is still growing so keep that in mind. If you ask me for a 1.16 port of this mod before Thaumcraft gets ported over, I will make sure I publicly shame you (its a thaumcraft addon, like cmon guys). First build an arcane crafting station. It does not have a recipe currently so feel free to add one with craft tweaker or your own addon mod. Or just spawn it in.
The second to last slot (left to right, up to down) is where you set the item. Craft whatever item you want and click that box, it will then show a ghost item of the item you clicked. put crystals and materials in other slots, and it will autocraft the item. Only one item per box! If the output slot (last slot) is not emptied it will not craft. In relation to automation it works like a chest. It takes hopper input and output just like a chest would. You can use this with an interface and set the proper mode and you should be able to add these single craft autocrafters to your network.

Can this thing autocraft any recipe?
No, only thaumcraft base recipes. It should work with addons that register their recipes right, let me know if it does not.
WAIT this is so unbalanced what about vis costs?
Vis will be automatically removed from the chunk, no the charger will not work on this, I actually don't know why and that is due to Azanor insisting on Thaumcraft being closed source. If I am missing something please let me know.
What about research, do I need it, how do I tell the block what it is?
Research is tied to the player who places the block. Research is not frozen in time, losing or gaining research will be reflected with this crafter.

It is a mod. https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/thaumic-energistics , I have no affiliation with this mod other than the fact I was angry they removed the autocrafting for crafting recipes, which I used as inspiration to write this mod. The old saying, if you want a job done right, do it yourself. Except I probably did not do this right. Oh well something is better than nothing :)
