You are unsafe. It is hungry. As long as you are around, it will have food. Try not to become its prey. Do not fall to it.
The Starved Stalker will spawn and start walking towards you, and once it is close enough, it aggros and starts chasing you down. It can climb walls, so don't even try pillaring up.
If you can kill it, you might get one of its teeth, which can be made into a dagger when crafted together with one stick and one cobbled deepslate.
