Internal tables are not blocking vanilla stair and slab reverse crafting lookup. This will be fixed in the next drop.

EDIT: Turns out there are more items missing than stairs and slabs. Since it is now possible to get some scrap from NONE items I need to block reverse some of the basic reverse recipes to mitigate cheap resources -> scrap.
